Shipping Information

Merchandise from G-Starz.com are shipped through UPS as well as USPS. The type
of shipment is dependent on the product(s) ordered. We use both of these services
to better suit our customers. You will be notified through email which service we are
using to ship your product.

A tracking number will be provided in the event where shipping is delayed. We
provide tracking #s as soon as they become available in the UPS or USPS systems.
All STOCK items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
Delivery will be within 1-2 weeks.

For All Custom Apparel orders:
Your order will be processed within 48 hours. Please then allow 10 business days
for production time as all custom orders are processed in the order that they are
received. Upon completion of the production phase of your order, we will then
individually package and label your order and ship within 48 hours. We estimate a
total of 14-21 business days for your custom order to be delivered to your doorstep.
Please be available to sign for any custom orders purchased through G-Starz.com.

All custom apparel orders are provided a USPS tracking number as soon as your
order ships from our facility.
