Return Policy
G-Starz will accept returns within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. We must be contacted for all returned or exchanged items. You
can contact us via email or telephone to inform us that you will be returning an item. Shipping costs are non- refundable.

When an item is returned, Please include your name & Order # within the package.
The easiest way is to print out your online order form and include it in your returned package since this has all of the necessary
information on it.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process returns. We will notify you via email when we accept your return. You may choose to exchange
the merchandise or have a credit issued to the credit card used to purchase your merchandise. Please understand for security purposes
we will never refund a different credit card under any circumstance. If you no longer have the credit card used to purchase from
G-Starz.com, your only option will be a store credit or immediate exchange. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you but it is
for your protection as well as ours.

All shoes returned must be in new, unworn condition. Shoes that are returned with signs of wear will not be accepted. Clothes must be
returned with all tags. Please note that undergarments can not be accepted for return due to sanitary purposes.

For custom apparel, returns are subject to circumstance. Please contact us for questions about returning any custom apparel.
Personalized items will not be returned or exchanged.
