How do we wash our new hand decorated clothes?
Washing Instructions are included with all purchases. Turn the clothing inside out and wash with a mild detergent & cold water. Line dry or dry flat. Can be dried
in a dryer on low heat but a great rule of thumb to make clothes last forever...if it's hand made...it should be hand washed!
What happens if a rhinestone falls off?
We use the highest quality Rhinestones and Rhinestuds so this is very rare. We set all of our rhinestones at the perfect heat by using 4 Different Types of
Specialty Heat Presses. However, if a rhinestone should fall off, you can send the item back to us so the rhinestone can be replaced. As long as you do not
expose the item to high temperatures such as a drier or an iron, your item should look just as new years from now.
What type of rhinestones do you use?
We use AAA Austrian Crystal Rhinestones and Metallic Rhinestuds. We select rhinestones or Rhinestuds based upon which type looks best
with each item. You can ask specifically for rhinestones or Rhinestuds in the comment box of your order if you wish.
How Long does it take to get to my door once I make my purchase from G-Starz?
All STOCK items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Delivery will be within 1-2 weeks. For All Custom Apparel orders:
Your order will be processed within 48 hours. Please then allow 10 business days for production time as all custom orders are processed in the order that they
are received. Upon completion of the production phase of your order, we will then individually package and label your order and ship within 48 hours. We
estimate a total of 14-21 business days for your custom order to be delivered to your doorstep. Please be available to sign for any custom orders purchased
through G-Starz.com.
What happens if I don't like my order once I receive it?
This is another extremely rare occurrence but in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase from G-Starz, you will be happy to know we have a 100%
